SKA Metro Ville Greater Noida, Near Running Metro Station

SKA Group presents Metro Ville apartments in Greater Noida. The project is located between ETA-2 Greater Noida and the distance to the municipal depot station on the Aqua line. The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has allocated land for this project. Construction of the project continues on a five-acre [5 ha] site where the builder donated 1062 houses to four high-rise towers called Orchid, Tulip, Zinnia, and Aster. The builder offers 2bhk, as well as 3bhk flats, carefully designed homes of various sizes ranging from 920 square feet to 1670 square feet. SKA Metro Ville is a registered site of RERA. The Metro Ville project was previously approved by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) under the Gold category, which aims to promote green homes for residents where they can enjoy a high standard of living in a healthy environment.
